Dear Parents and Students in grades 4-6:
I am pleased to announce that we will be having our 2nd
annual Spelling Bee Competition for Grades 4-6 on
Thursday, November 20th. Attached you will find a copy
of the words that the children should review for their
classroom Spelling Bee which will be held in the individual
classrooms on Friday, November 14th.
The two finalists from each class will then advance
to our school wide Spelling Bee to be held on Thursday,
November 20th. The winner of the School wide Spelling
Bee will then move on to a Regional
Daily News Scripts Howard Spelling Bee. Dates
beyond our school level will be announced in the near
future.
Please review these words with your child so that they
become familiar with them. In advance, thanks for your
cooperation in helping us implement this program.
