Dear Parents,
This is an important reminder about Parent/Teacher
Conferences and Open School Visits.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be on Thursday November 20th
from 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. and from 5:30 P.M.-8:00 P.M.
ALL STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED AT
11:30A.M. ON THAT DAY. Children who are
entitled to school lunch will be served before they are
dismissed. You should have already received a note
requesting your preferences for either afternoon or evening
conference appointments. Our support service providers and
subject specialists will also be available to speak with you
before or after your visit with the classroom teacher(s).
You are also invited to come to school to observe your
child’s class in session. The time for these visits is from
9:00A.M. to 11:00A.M. according to the specific dates
listed below. Please remember to bring a picture I.D. (even
if you are not driving to school) to show to the Security
Agent, before your classroom visit.
OPEN SCHOOL WEEK SCHEDULE
Grades K, 1 & 3 Monday, November17th
Grades Pre-K, 2 & 5 Tuesday, November 18th
Grades 4 & 6 Wednesday, November 19th

so that this is a pleasant and worthwhile experience for
everyone.
